newly hatched sky kid & rocky young!

i'm not a fan of any of the water tamas, so as soon as he hatched, i moved him to the sky field. i made sure to feed him an varied diet so that he would manifest as a rocky young! i'm aiming for a gemtchi but knowing me, i'll get too many care mistakes lol. doesn't hurt to try though!

not the gemtchi i wanted unfortunately. i have a pretty funky sleep schedule so it's hard to care for my tamas sometimes, which results in me getting a tama with 6+ care mistakes. fwiw, i've since adjusted my clocks on my tamas so that they sleep when i do, so hopefully we'll get less care mistakes!

a new generation begins!

well, if i couldn’t have a gemtchi this generation, i suppose the next best thing is breeding with one! and with that, the baby is here! i wonder if all babies of gemtchis end up being white like this one. unfortunately this baby won’t be a gemtchi (i’m aiming for a flutter species to go along with a group hatch i’m participating in) but i was really interested in seeing what a blue gemtchi would potentially look like.

evolution!

the baby evolved today too! as you can see by the tama cell, i’m doing pretty well at avoiding care mistakes so far!

we’re going on a trip in our favorite rocket ship

if i’m being honest, i completely forgot that traveling to other planets was even a feature of the tamagotchi paradise! someone mentioned the frozen ocean & tropical jungle models (that are soon to be released) might have new planets to travel to & i was like “oh! yeah, that is a thing!” lmao. i decided to have the tamas embark on a new journey today so we could check the feature out.

3, 2, 1..1. blast off!

donutchi was here at the planet to greet us when we touched down! i think his name is a little too on the nose, but he’s so cute, i’ll pretend i don’t notice. he even brought us a gift! before we know it, the trip is over & we’re headed back home.

and the gift was a crepe hat, a decoration for our planet! i never remember to dress my planet up, so i’m going to have to do that when i have a chance.

just vibing

sometimes i like to just take pictures of my tamas doing their thing. the pool is SO cute & i even managed to catch a shot of the singing animation they do when they’re happy!

something is happening!

our planet evolved! we now have a level 8 planet. i think that the highest level you can have on the blue water paradise is a level 10 planet, so we’ve almost maxed our levels out! with us now being level 8, we can travel to the art planet & we have some special snacks that have been unlocked!

our first perfect care evolution!

our planet wasn’t the only thing that evolved. we got a papillotchi, which is a tama you get by making 0 care mistakes AND filling the hunger & happy meters up 5+ times each (if you just get no care mistakes without filling the meters, you’ll end up with a kabutotchi).

i realized while taking this picture that i had never even named this little cutie! i get what bandai was going for with the paradise, but not being able to name each individual tama really is a crime. well, anyway, i can name them individually myself. her name will be milagros, spanish for miracle, because she’s the first perfect care tama i’ve ever gotten on the paradise & i honestly don’t know how i managed to do it!
